Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

GPT Image 2.5 provides an image generation and editing service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service safely, lawfully, and responsibly.

AIGC Content Rules

You may not use the service to generate, edit, upload, store, or share:

• Sexual, pornographic, or NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content that encourages real-world violence.
• Hate speech, dehumanization, targeted harassment, or threats against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any other child-unsafe content, including synthetic or fictional depictions.
• Deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual use of a real person's face or voice, or content that impersonates a person or organization.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, including counterfeit or misleading branding.

You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any party.
• Circumvent content safeguards or attempt to obtain prohibited output.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Content Review and Enforcement

Generation requests, reference materials, and outputs may be checked by automated safeguards operated by us or our AI model providers. Provider safety signals, unusual usage patterns, and user reports may trigger further review. When necessary, authorized personnel may review relevant prompts, reference materials, outputs, and account activity to determine context and severity.

Depending on the violation, we may reject a request, block or remove output, issue a warning, restrict features or account access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report suspected illegal activity when legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm. Severe violations, including child exploitation, credible threats, and non-consensual intimate imagery, may result in immediate action without prior warning.

Reporting and Appeals

To report prohibited content, email support@gptimage25.im with the subject AIGC Content Report and include the relevant task ID, URL, description, and available evidence. We prioritize reports involving child safety or credible risks of serious harm.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, email the same address with the subject AIGC Content Appeal, your account email, the relevant task or case identifier, and the reason you are requesting reconsideration.

Payment and Billing

The Pricing page and checkout show available plans, credit amounts, billing periods, and charges. Each subscription purchase creates a separate recurring subscription. Monthly credits expire at that subscription's current period end; annual credits are issued together and expire at its annual period end. One-time credit packs do not renew and are valid for 365 days. Your generation quote shows the credits reserved before you submit a request.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel future renewals for each subscription separately in Manage subscriptions. Cancellation does not cancel other subscriptions or extend the validity of existing credits, and is separate from a refund request.

For billing errors or refund requests, email support@gptimage25.im with your account email, order identifier, and reason. Do not include passwords or full card details. Contacting support does not guarantee a refund; any rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. To request account closure, contact support@gptimage25.im.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
